To help international travelers avoid inconvenience or confusion after arriving at the clinic, please review the following information before making an appointment.
Nagakute Clinic is primarily an outpatient clinic operating within Japan's health insurance system. We do not provide travel-medicine packages or medical services specifically arranged for visitors to Japan.
There have been occasions when the language support or type of service expected by a traveler did not match the clinic's actual service structure. This notice is provided so that you can choose an appropriate medical institution before visiting.
Medical consultations at Nagakute Clinic are conducted in Japanese.
Professional medical interpreters are not available at the clinic, and the clinic cannot arrange or provide an interpreter.
If you cannot communicate sufficiently in Japanese, please arrange your own interpreter or a Japanese-speaking companion before booking. Without sufficient communication for safe medical care, the consultation may not be completed.
This information is provided in advance so that travelers can avoid unnecessary travel, waiting, or difficulty at the clinic.
